U Kyaw Min was born in 1961 and His native town is Mandalay, Myanmar. In 1998, He entered as a member into Mandalay Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry which formally known as MRCCI. In 2000, he became as an executive committee of MRCCI and in 2015, he became the Vice President (1) of MRCCI. MRCCI elected a new president and U Kyaw Min became a new president of MRCCI, following a democratic election on 19^th December 2017. He is the 6^th President of MRCCI.

He established Sein&Mya mattress Co., Ltd in 1994. He runs 6 mattress shops in Yangon and Mandalay and also running a Spring Mattress Plant and a Foam Mattress Plant. For about 25 years, He preserves the goodwill of Sein&Mya Mattress Co., Ltd. He achieved the President’s award of outstanding selling in medium business for 2014. He is serving as an Executive Committee member of UMFCCI, the vice-president of Mandalay Golf Association, the joint secretary of Monkish Hospital Mandalay, and the Central Executive Committee of Myanmar and Chinese Friendship Association (Mandalay).
